How do I reply to a customer myself in the WhatsApp inbox?

Step by step

1. 1Open the WhatsApp tab. Every customer chat with your AI agent is listed here, newest first.
2. 2Tap Needs attention to see customers who asked for a person. Tap a chat to read the whole conversation.
3. 3Tap Take over. The AI stops replying, so you and the AI never answer at the same time.
4. 4Type your reply in the box and send it. The customer gets it on WhatsApp straight away.
5. 5When you're done, tap Hand back to AI so the agent answers the next messages again.
