Team logins & app shortcuts
Share the right link with each person on your team. Owners create the kitchen, waiter and rider accounts in Staff; everyone signs in once, then adds DineFlow to their phone or computer like an app.
Restaurant login
Owner / admin
Dashboard, orders, billing, menu, reports, staff and settings.

- 1Open the Restaurant link on that device and sign in once. Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- 2Chrome: ⋮ menu → Cast, save and share → “Install page as app” (or “Create shortcut…”, tick “Open as window”).
- 3Edge: ⋯ menu → Apps → “Install this site as an app”.
- 4It gets its own icon on the desktop / taskbar and opens your restaurant dashboard in its own window.
Kitchen login
Kitchen staff & kitchen managers
Live kitchen display: new orders, start, ready, served.

- 1Open the Kitchen link on that device and sign in once. Use Chrome.
- 2Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right.
- 3Tap “Add to Home screen” (or “Install app”), then confirm.
- 4The icon on the home screen opens the kitchen display. Tablets work the same way.
Waiter login
Servers on the floor
Orders and billing only — serve, collect cash/card, print receipts.

- 1Open the Waiter link on that device and sign in once. Use Safari (on iPhone, other browsers can't add home-screen apps).
- 2Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow, at the bottom or top of the screen).
- 3Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”, then tap Add.
- 4A DineFlow icon appears on the home screen — tap it any time to open the waiter screen (orders & billing).
Rider login
Delivery riders
Assigned deliveries with address, map, call, Picked up and Delivered.

- 1Open the Rider link on that device and sign in once. Use Safari (on iPhone, other browsers can't add home-screen apps).
- 2Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow, at the bottom or top of the screen).
- 3Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”, then tap Add.
- 4A DineFlow icon appears on the home screen — tap it any time to open the rider app with today's deliveries.
Tip: kitchen staff and waiters use the same login page — DineFlow opens the kitchen display or the waiter screen depending on the account. Status changes need a quick double tap, so a stray tap never moves an order.
