How do I pause online orders when we're too busy?

Step by step

1. 1Open the Orders tab. The bar at the top shows Taking customer orders.
2. 2Too busy or closing early? Tap Pause orders to stop new QR, takeaway and WhatsApp orders.
3. 3The bar turns amber while orders are paused, but staff can still use the till. When you're ready, tap Resume orders.
4. 4Orders are back on. The bar shows Taking customer orders again, and customers can order as usual.
