How do I see a customer's order history and add notes?

Step by step

1. 1Open the Customers tab. Everyone who ordered with a phone number or email is listed, with their orders and total spent.
2. 2Search by name, phone or email, or sort the list by most recent order, highest spend or most orders.
3. 3Tap a customer to see their contact details, number of orders, average spend and recent orders.
4. 4Add notes such as allergies or a favourite order, then tap Save notes. Only your team sees them.
